T11. La Prepeleac - Cabana MălăieștiFrom here we descend the steep northwest slopes of Bucșoi, cross the Prepeleac valley and then descend to Cabana Mălăiești Chalet 1720 m. In the last part of the descent we find spruce and juniper groves and mountain alder that fix rubble.
The Chalet is located on a moraine of the Mălăiești valley and sheltered by the serrated ridge of Padina Crucii. This separates it from the Țigănești glacial valley.
