From Diham to Pichetul Roșu the path meets the branch towards Poiana Izvoarelor (blue cross) bypasses Obârșia Glăjăria from where it reaches Pichetul Roșu, where it meets the two roads coming from Bușteni through Poiana Coștilei (red triangle) and through Poiana Izvoarelor (red stripe)
The entire road traveled to the base of the Bucegi escarpment is made up of a series of irregularly arranged hills that insinuate themselves into the Obârșia a Prahova area.
The ridges or saddles as they are also called, highlight old drainage lines as well as the contact between formations of different hardness, limestones and Sinaia strata.
