The lake was artificially created between 1979 and 1982 by building a reservoir. With the development work carried out over time, it has become a suitable place for fishing, and its banks offer tourists the opportunity to camp, either by setting up tents or by bringing caravans, which can be connected to the electricity grid in any area of the lake.
To increase the comfort of visitors on hot summer days, numerous trees have been planted, so that those who want to cool off can enjoy the shade. The entire perimeter of the lake is very suitable for fishing.
The camping area is located next to the dam, where the bar, the bathing area, and the wooden houses that can be rented by those interested are also arranged. The water surface, spread over 13 hectares, represents an excellent opportunity for fishing, being suitable for both carp fishing enthusiasts and those attracted to predatory fish fishing.
