Located in the immediate vicinity of Pieta Unirii, between Strada Principatele Unite and Bulevardul Mărășești, the church known as Flămanda, with Saint Haralambie and the Dormition of the Virgin Mary as patrons, is mentioned for the first time in documents in 1871 and is currently recognized as a historical monument. The parish building, which houses the Social-Educational Center, was built in 1935.
