Also known as Hotel Terezia, Hotel Regele Ferdinand, Hotel Apollo, the building is located in the Historic Imperial Center (Hercules Square), on the right, in continuation of Pavilion 3.
It was built in 1852, which year is also inscribed on the frontispiece of the hotel. The facade is decorated with empire style columns.
This edifice was intended to house, mainly, army officers and government officials. The initial construction was provided with two floors, 108 rooms and 4 kitchens. Together with Pavilion 3, it is part of the Apollo Hotel.
