The hotel complex was built on a plateau that ends abruptly with a cliff between 8 and 12 meters high. This cliff is bordered by the connecting artery between Venus and Jupiter resorts.
Extensive landscaping work has been done to develop the beach, which is a narrow strip at the base of the cliff. The site benefits from excellent exposure due to the two alignments of the shore facing S-SE and E-SE, as well as improved possibilities of viewing the sea, the dominant natural element, due to the convexity of the cliff.
Due to the considerable narrowness of the beach and the danger of cliff erosion by waves, it was necessary to remove a significant amount of earth to create the 8,000 square meters of beach for tourists and to set up the three protection areas.
These inconveniences of the site prompted a complete remodeling of the waterfront configuration so that the complex was not limited to buildings, but included all amenities from roads, walkways, urban furniture, slopes and stairs, to the beach.
