This area is part of the site called Lunca Siretului Inferior. Its surface area covers 39 hectares and is classified as an aquatic and avifaunistic reserve. A fishing facility operates here, where both industrial and sport fishing are carried out. The pond is populated annually with fry, which makes it an attractive place for sport fishermen, whether amateurs or professionals.
From a tourist point of view, the area benefits from an infrastructure that includes a campsite and a fish farm. In this setting, sport fishing is successfully practiced, offering visitors the opportunity to spend time outdoors, in the middle of nature.
