The cemetery of the fallen heroes of World War I in Sinaia was established in 1923, at the initiative of the "Cultul Eroilor" society. This military cemetery houses the graves of 124 soldiers who lost their lives during the battles in the Prahova Valley area. Among them are 96 Romanian soldiers, 15 Germans, 12 Hungarians and one Serbian.
