In 1910, after an outstanding tourist development of the resort, the Board of Civil Hospitals founded Sinaia Company, in order to build a Casino, a luxury hotel and a sports hall, all of them located in the park. Craftsmen from Serbia, Turkey and Italy worked all over the winter with building materials brought by carts throughout Posada Pass.
After only nine months, in July 1911, the hotel was ready. On the presentation brochure it was written: telephone in each room, restaurant, bar, dancing rooms; it's a European health resort placed on the train route Orient-Express and Alberg-Express.
