The original window frames, made by stonemason Şipoș David in 1724, are carefully preserved in the structure of the building. This served as a home and workshop for the goldsmith Ujhelyi Gabor, and on the carved frames there are chalices, the year 1724 and the initials U.G. and Sz.A, corresponding to the goldsmith and his wife, Szolosi Anna. Today, it is the best-preserved urban dwelling in the late Renaissance style.
